The KAIFLEX products HT, PE plus, PE-RO perform the requirements of the EnEV and the DIN 1988 part 2. These insulating materials exhibit the certificate of the thermal conductivity at 40°C middle temperature (former name: calculation value). Detailed information can be requested by required.
Energy Conservation Act and EnEV
The fossil energy reserves which carry our care even today to the large part are only available limit in the long term. - The load by environment by the issues which arise from the energy supply has become the first problem for the people (e.g., greenhouse effect, ozone hole).
For the legislator were these points the impulse to the formulation of the energy conservation act from the 22.07.1976 with which the Federal Government was authorised to remit orders which have a reduction of the energy consumption to the aim. The today's EnEV whose today's valid version is come into force by 01.02.2002 also belong to these orders. No additional set of rules creates the EnEV, but summarises two existing orders - the heat insulation order and the heating system order (HeizAnlv)-.
General requirement of the EnEV
The EnEV makes demands among other things to all components which stand in functional interrelationship with heating and air conditioning and to the hot-water preparation to serving arrangements, as for example piping accessories, regulation facilities and measuring facilities etc. under others also belong the distribution networks (e.g., conduits and armatures) to these units.
Application range of the EnEV
In §1 of the EnEV is defined for which range of application the order is valid. Is to be emphasised that all arrangements mentioned on top are grasped by the order, as far as they are inserted in building or are put up. The order is valid for all buildings (new buildings and old buildings) in which heating or custom water arrangements are. Besides, in the kind of the use of the buildings it does not depend.
